New this year: Tickets to attend are FREE!\n\n\n\nBusinesses are encouraged to showcase their services with informational booths\, while community members are invited to connect and network. Our theme\, "On to the Races of Success\," is tailored to fuel our anticipation for the upcoming 2025 Kentucky Derby!\n\nHuge thank you to our sponsor\, Twin Lakes! \n\n\n\nFAQs as you prepare to host a booth:\n\n\n\n	One 6-foot table and two chairs will be provided at each booth.\n	If your booth needs access to an electric outlet\, let us know as we will place you accordingly. \n	It is recommended that each booth has two representatives available to host table during event. \n\n\n\n\nOther options: \n\n\n\n\n	As a way to collect business cards at your booth\, you are welcome to do a giveaway of some kind that we can announce during the event. \n	Decorating your booth to be aligned with the theme is also optional.\n	Having an interactive game or activity to engage attendees has also proven to be a hit in the past but it is not required. \n\n\nBooths hosts are invited to participate in this year's theme! A few examples would be:\n\n\n	Decorating with the colors of the Kentucky Derby\n	Incorporating equipment and props related to the Kentucky Derby or horse racing such as roses\, horse themed items\, sear sucker\, etc. \n	Branding materials and signage featuring iconic Kentucky Derby branding \n	Dressing in the preppy "derby" attire
