About Lisa:
Lisa DiVirgilio is the founder and CEO of Small Town Startup, where she works at the intersection of small business, marketing and community development. A longtime small-town entrepreneur and former local elected official, Lisa has spent years working with small businesses, chambers and communities to build stronger, more sustainable local economies. Known for saying the things small towns are often thinking but not always willing to say out loud, she believes big ideas belong in small towns and that the best communities are the ones where people believe they can build something.


This conversation explores how career changes, shifting priorities, unexpected responsibilities and new opportunities can create space to rethink success, take a strategic pivot and build a life that feels meaningful to you.
