In this eight-week course we will study and implement the book “The E-Myth Revisited” by Michael Gerber. The E-Myth philosophy emphasizes the importance of working ON your business, not just IN it. This approach has revolutionized the way small businesses operate, encouraging owners to think of their business as a product to be refined, rather than just a job. This workshop moderated by a certified business coach using Gerber's principles will provide invaluable insights into systematizing and scaling a business effectively. It's an opportunity for Christian small business owners to step back, assess their operations, and plan for a future where the business can thrive independently of their constant involvement.”
