Description
Tai Chi is a gentle, low-impact “meditation in motion” that uses slow movements and focused breathing to reduce stress and improve balance, flexibility, and overall well-being, offered for all ages and fitness levels at $32 per 4-week session and taught by Teddy Spivey, a seasoned martial artist with black belts in Taekwondo and Mu-Gen Karate-Do and extensive experience in Chen Tai Chi.
