We’re celebrating the 1-year anniversary of Black Heart Tattoo at their new location in Baxter!
Established in 2019, this woman-owned, appointment-only studio has built a strong reputation for quality and artistry. In fact, they were recently named a Herald-Citizen Readers’ Choice winner for 2025. Black Heart Tattoo continues to make its mark as a trusted and creative space for clients in the Upper Cumberland.
