This role is responsible for driving/traveling an Upper Cumberland Habitat for Humanity vehicle to receive/load/secure donations from donors’ homes and businesses within 30 miles of the ReStore location and in supporting the work of the ReStore in a variety of other ways.

• Take calls concerning donations Operate the ReStore truck safely and responsibly in all weather and driving conditions.
• Efficiently load and pack the truck with an emphasis on safety and efficiency and preserving the condition of donated items.
• Screen donations to ensure that they are acceptable and within the ReStore’s guidelines.
• Provide an exceptional donor experience by treating donors with respect and professionalism as well as through timely communication.
• Assist donors with the completion of donation paperwork.
• Assist the ReStore staff with keeping the receiving area clean, moving donations onto the retail floor, and providing excellent customer service to ReStore customers.
• Regularly clean the cab and cargo area of the truck Alert manager to any safety/maintenance issues with the truck.
• Days/ Hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 9:30a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
