Industrial Air Purification, Inc. is a turnkey design and installation company for dust collection equipment. IAP is seeking talented individual for a Field Installation Foreman.

Primary duties include:

• Lead installation crew for equipment setting, ductwork installation, and service work.
• Communicate with customers on future service needs when out on an install.
• Communicate with up to (4) installation crews at different jobs.

Primary skills include:

• Driven/motivated
• Hands-on participation with the installation process
• Prior experience with equipment setting and ductwork installation techniques
• Prior supervisory experience
• Ability to interface with plant managers/engineers/employees
• Load/unload installation vehicles
• MS Office computer skills
• Ability to stay extremely organized
• Ability to keep employees on pace
• Predict issues and report back to office so countermeasures can be planned, etc.

Desired candidate will reside in Cookeville/Sparta TN area and must be willing to work long hours, and work weekdays/weekends to meet customer objectives. Typical overnight jobs out of town can range from 1 day to 4 days, with time off in between. Annual work hours will be around 2500 hours including overtime. IAP and our customer base are tobacco free.
